Milwaukee-based independent record label, EMP Entertainment, has a pretty deep roster. From flagship artists Streetz & Young Deuces, to new group Payroll N Patski, all the way to new comer B-Eazy, the EMP Gang's team is MEAN! Well folks, you can add another solid spitter to the list...meet Milwaukee Mar$!...
Milwaukee Mar$ was born and raised in Milwaukee. He attended college at UW-Milwaukee as well as Audio Engineering School in Madison, WI. After school, Mar$ decided to get from behind the scenes and actually partake in rapping. Fellow EMP Entertainment artist, B-Eazy, came back from Florida, and that's when the two decided to team up for a new project.
The two decided to collaborate on a new mixtape entitled "WTF is Juice" which is slated to be released in June. Don't get it twisted folks the title is a little unusual, but the music is of the usual high-caliber quailty! Milwaukee Mar$'s mixtape, which is untitled at this moment, is scheduled to be released this July. Mar$'s style consists of more of a laid back delivery, but he mostly enjoys rapping fast on bounce tracks. His delivery and flow fluctuate from track to track, barely will you ever catch Mar$ spittin' the same way; he's like
Milwaukee Mar$'s major influences include: Eminem, Twista, Talib Kweli and Bone Thugs N Harmony. Mar$ is busy at work, Some tracks you're going to want to watch out for in the near future are "Why Not", "Da Meanest", and "Mil Nigga." Besides the original cuts, Mar$ will be releasing freestyles soon...be on the look out! Much like his upcoming mixtape partner B-Eazy, Milwaukee Mar$ has those intangibles that you can't learn in a school, in my opinion that stuff is WAY more important then the stuff you do learn, so off top, Milwaukee Mar$ has what it takes to do big things in this wacky ass business.
